EXCERPTS FROM REVIEWS:

„My anxiety is carrying a gun” by Mateusz Pakula is an example of stage dystopia. A kind of debauched, all-controlling Big Brother, in which a multitude of miserable people dance, sing and – before any falls from starvation exhaustion – cheer in honor of their beloved leader. Excerpts from reviews: A very good dramatic text by Mateusz Pakula brilliantly translated into the language of the stage by director Julia Mark, sensationally dressed in sets and costumes by Justyna Elminowska with integral, at times trance-like music composed and performed live by Antonis Skolias and Wojciech Dlugosz, and finally, without exception, perfectly played by the actors, that’s the whole review. (….) This performance is a must-see, after daily wandering on the Web and daily jumping from channel to channel on TV we feel more and more anxious, the creators of the Kielce performance materialized this anxiety on stage. And indeed, this anxiety is carrying a gun. Welcome to the end of the world. Ryszard Koziej My anxiety…” (…) careful, where necessary comic, and at the same time maintains on metaphorical heights. Bravo Kielce: the director of the Zeromski Theater Piotr Szczerski, consistently inviting young directors and authors, has earned an audience ready for any stage madness. A couple of larger cities have something to envy.
